ABOUT TOM

Tom Fagerli did his undergraduate work at Lenoir-Rhyne College, graduating with a BA in Political Science (Honors) in 1979. He received his JD from Wake Forest University in 1982 and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in August, 1982. For the last 39 years he has practiced criminal and civil law in the various North Carolina State Courts. He has extensive jury trial experience with cases ranging from death penalty matters to medical malpractice. He has also tried many child custody and support cases, equitable distribution matters, DWI and other traffic offenses, and drug offenses. Tom can appear in all North Carolina state courts but prefers to limit his practice to the District and Superior Courts of Wilkes and Yadkin Counties.

Tom lives in Yadkinville, North Carolina with his wife, Marty Driver and step-daughter, Rae. He is active in church and civic affairs.
